Know your options!


There are several methods for addressing candida overgrowth and restoring balance. Today we will focus on the Candida Cleanse.


There are two different methods for cleansing your body if you’re not sure which is right for contact us!


Option 1: Liquids Only

This option can be done for 1-2 days. Throughout the day, sip on warm broth and drink plenty of water to help expel toxins. You’ll want to make a homemade broth by simmering organic onions, garlic, celery, kale, sea salt, and pure water. Strain and discard the vegetables and refrigerate the broth.


Option two: Steamed Vegetables

The duration for this option is between 3-5 days. You will mostly eat fresh, organic steamed vegetables and drink a minimum of 72 ounces of water each day. Avoid starchy vegetables like carrots, radishes, beets, sweet potatoes, and white potatoes. Salads can be topped with just a bit of coconut oil and apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
